When you submit a sourcing request, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, business email, country or target market, project details (product description, estimated quantities, targets and requirements), any files you upload, and optionally how you heard about us.

We also record basic technical context with your submission: the page you landed on, the referring site, and campaign parameters (such as utm_source) attached to the link you followed. This helps us understand which channels bring genuine inquiries.

The only purpose is to respond to your sourcing inquiry: reviewing your requirement, contacting you about your project, and managing the work that follows. Channel information is used internally to decide where to focus outreach — not to profile you as an individual.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Submissions are stored in RICHAO's own systems and are accessible only to the RICHAO team working on your inquiry. Uploaded files are used to understand your requirement and are kept with your project record.

We keep inquiry records for as long as they are relevant to our correspondence and any resulting project. If a conversation does not lead anywhere, records are eventually removed.

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us through the sourcing request form (a short note is enough) and reference the email address you submitted with — we will action reasonable requests promptly.

This notice describes how this website handles information, at the brand level. It does not constitute a legal entity disclosure; RICHAO's registered company details will be added here once formal registration is completed.
